Following the success of the award winning Grant Vortex Kitchen range of condensing boilers, Grant have responded to customer demand by producing a competitively priced Utility version of this innovative product, with gross seasonal efficiencies between 93.6 - 97%. Grants Vortex Utility Range features the unique stainless steel condensing heat exchanger, used on the kitchen models, but has a simplified casing, control and pipework arrangement, making them ideal for Utility room installations. The new 15 - 21 Utility model has been designed to fit within a kitchen unit and due to its width, can be used as a direct replacement for most older oil-fired burners.
Outputs range from 15 - 70kW (70,000 - 240,000 Btu/h). As with the kitchen models, Sealed System variants of the Utility range are available in outputs of 15 - 26kW, 26 - 36kW and 36 - 46kW. Larger standard models can also be converted to sealed system operation, by adding a sealed system kit.
